ATTORNEY ROBERT A. BRENNER (Retired)

Since 1975, Robert Brenner has devoted himself to defending the rights of victims of catastrophic injuries and helping victims obtain the justice that they deserve. Robert’s aim is to ensure that no victim is left without a chance to rebuild a new life. He does this by not only passionately representing them in and out of court, but also through a variety of platforms. Mr. Brenner is the founder of Burnsurvivor.com (Burn Survivor Resource Centre, an important resource for knowledge and guidance for survivors of burn injuries, their families and all those who are dedicated to helping them in any way. Robert is also a fearless advocate for motorcyclists injured in an accident as a result of someone’s negligence. Robert is the founder of CycleLaw.com, a platform dedicated to motorcycle riders and enthusiasts.

Robert has been highly successful throughout his entire career obtaining significant verdicts and settlements on behalf of his deserving clients. He was co-counsel in an aviation accident case which resulted in a $21.4 million verdict. He also successfully co-counseled an electrical explosion case which left two electricians severely burned and permanently disfigured. Plaintiffs were awarded $38.2 million which a jury awarded $27.2 million in damages; and an additional $3.5 million was obtained in pre-trial settlements. Robert also settled a gas explosion case which left his client severely burned and with a below the knee amputation injury for over $18 million. He recently settled a motorcycle accident case for $7.5 million which caused his client a serious brain injury.

Robert obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in 1968 from the University of Southern California. This was followed by his Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier College, Beverly School of Law in 1975. Mr. Brenner is an active member of American Trial Lawyers Association, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Consumer Attorneys Association of California and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has been consistently selected as a Super Lawyer.
